Science: Plant Life

This week we are looking at how plants and their different parts function. We investigated how water travels up through the stem of a plant, using celery and blue food colouring. Here are some pictures of our experiments:

During this past week in school we were learning about Amelia Earhart.She was a famous aviator from Kansas.We listened to a recording of a woman in Derry on the whiteboard talking about where and how she crash landed.We made news reports about her travelling around the world.
