Nine girls from 5th and 6th class were invited to represent the school at the Allianz league meeting of Mayo and Down in Machale Park on Sunday. The girls were playing Camogie at half time in front of a crowd of over 8,000 people! Thankfully, the sun shined on the day and the girls showed their great skills on the pitch! They also got the opportunity to greet both the Mayo and Down teams onto the pitch.
Well done to Caoimhe D, Emer, Caoimhe M, Róisín, Rebecca, Geri- Maye, Lilian, Niamh and Ellen.
